I had been a user of reliance Jio Fibre at in PWO Apartments, Sector-43, Gurgaon from Jan’2019 to Feb’2021. I have to surrender the Jio fibre services due to non-availability of services of Jio Fibre at my new location in Sector 63 Gurgaon.
Jio representation had taken back router in first week of Mar’21 with a commitment that refund shall be in my account in 7-15 days. However till date i.e. 21.06.21 No response is being received. The Reliance Jio Service person who had given this connection also not responding. The receipt of Security deposit is attached herewith. Kindly help me in getting my refund.
