Sir this is to inform that I have cancelled jiofiber connection as we are vacating..so I called jio customer care and jio services were suspended from 5th of August 2021 and device was picked up on 7th August 2021… Engineer collected all the details for refund…from that day to today they have not refunded my security deposition amount of 2500/- . calling on their customer care number and putting mails to their mail id ..is also of no use…even I raised a complaint through Umang app but still I’m not getting any help from anyone…please help me to initiate my refund amount as soon as possible…
