I am a customer of airtel from last 22 years
But From last many year I am facing connectivity issue and complain many times on customer care number my connection work on average of 15 days in a month
My no was Distributed Lots of the places that’s why I am thinking. If airtel can give me any resolution but not done
So finally I have applied for disconnection of my number in Feb 2022 and cleared my last month payment also
They have promised that our technical team will contact you and refund you security deposit within 45 days
But till 27.04.2022 i have not contacted by any one when we call them they never given any satisfactory reply to me
