Text of Complaint by Tanisha Malviya:

On October 1st, I paid security deposit of 2500 to jio fiber for its Internet service. After a week I got it disconnected. They have a policy of full security return if I disconnect within a month. I was told that my money will be back within 45 days, but it’s been 2 months I’m still waiting for it. Customer care is pathetic and rude and they are literally scamming me.
