I have ported my sim from jio to other service provider in early February 2020 according to TRAI and Jio customer care mail the refundable deposit should be refunded within 60 days of successful port..However i got requested jio cuatmer care to look after it they mailed me saying the cheque was dispached on 11/2/2020…. its been 4 months i havent received any cheque by my name with the amount they acknowledged me
