Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I had been accommodated in Skypark Residences Stanza living House, Pallavaram, Chennai on 1st November 2022. I had paid 1st month(Nov) rent including next one and half month advance in total i.e Rs.34,080. Unfortunately, I was suffering from health issues due to which I had to shift to my hometown from this property as soon as possible. I hardly stayed there 2weeks and I have paid two months rent and some advance deposit. I had also requested to the concerned for atleast refund the security amount i.e ₹20,118. I have urgent need of money. It will be really helpful for me if help for refund the security amount. Please look into it and do the needful. I will be thankful to you.
