I had installed a jio fiber connection, with a scheme to get full refund of security deposit of Rs.1500/-, if connection is surrendered within one month. I deactivated the connection in 15 days,but jio engineer visited after 4 months to collect the device. Jio was rescheduling visit byitself for collection was device.Now they have given me refund of only Rs.500/- in place of Full security amount Rs.1500/-
