sir on june 4 i added 437 rupees to my vision 11 account using net banking amount was deducted from my bank account but was never credited to my vision 11 account . its june 7 today and i have still not received that amount in my vision 11 account or on my bank account.
my bank statement shows that it went to pasfar technologies.
please return that amount to my account.
