I N.Venkateswara Rao have booked two flight tickets through travolook.ln from Vijayawada to Bengaluru on 13th August 2021 and an amount of Rs 8688/- was deducted from bank acount. Travolook has not confirmed accommodation, but expressed sorry not confirming accommodation due to non availability and the amount will be refunded within a week or ten days. Since then I am contacting through phone and emails sevaral times, but they are not refunding the amount. Hence I request you to see that the amount is refunded soon since more than three months have lapsed so far.
