I had placed order with Factory Sell for garments on 4 Sept.2020 for worth Rs.849/-,m online payment through Razorpay gateway. Amount was recovered by RPay and I got order confirmation email. But items not received till today. Razorpay is always replying to file Charge Back form with bank. My bank has clearly written to me with CC to Rpay that amount is recovered by RPay so bank has got nothing to help. Factory Sell is Razorpay client and should be having their contact details. But RPay is washing off hands and not helped in getting my refund. Which forces me to understand that Razorpay is hands in gloves with the fraud company Factory Sell. I would like to add that there are hundreds of complaints raised by public against Razorpay, I have come across.
