This is to bring to your notice that the refund of Rs 7991/- for the trip with Booking ID – JPS6N2CG8 has not given by Zoomcar since more than two months even after multiple follow ups. Attached are the details of the same.
Need Zoomcar to do the needful at the earliest and process the refund completely on priority basis.
