I am Mayank Kumar. I had paid sum of Rs.6000 for the booking at Salzburg house, Koramangala . Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to cancel my booking.
While making the reservation, I carefully read on their website, that the booking amount is refundable. However, I was surprised to learn that the manager( Vivek Agarwal) of the property didn’t mention anything about the non-refundable criteria at the time of booking. I also asked him about the booking amount, he only mentioned that after he will register my mail ID, then only I can reserve a bed. After that he sent me the mail to proceed further. And it was mentioned to pay a min amount of Rs. 6000 for booking. Now he’s saying it’s non refundable. But As per the cancellation policy, I am entitled to a full refund. I have attached the booking confirmation email and their refund policy which is on their website. I want my money back or else I have to take strict actions.
Stanza living is a total fraud, they just scam students and take their money buy giving them false information.
