I am a club Mahindra Red-Category Member since last more than 12 years. This time I had booked 2 X HU apartment for my holidays, and had 7 members. I had paid extra charges for 3 people, where as they had give full facility of 2 people, one on each room, but not provided any facility for 3rd people. I paid Rs1500 per day for 3 days, paid total Rs4500, which is illegal collection of money from me. Moreover I am paying more than Rs18,000 per annum towards maintenance and service charges. I had requested to refund my Rs4,500 but Club Mahindra does not want to refund.
