Dear sir,
I made a transfer of Rs. 399/ for the jio plan on my Jio Number 7006847639 on
so far 0n 26th August 21 and payment was successful through net banking vide Ref.
No. IGALVTTAW0 but the recharging failed . there was no response of Jio.neither no a
action regarding refund of money is done. I sent a number of Emails on Jiocare but no reddressal of my grievances. Kindly refund my Rs.399.
