We transferred Rs.2066/- for Airtel digital TV through Airtel thanks app used city union Bank Internet banking on 26.08.2021. But Airtel digital not renewed & showing the transaction was failed. We contacted the bank, bank said in E-mail writing the “transaction was successful”. But Air tel is not processing refund. Since two month’s we send lots of phone calls & e-mails. But Air tel didn’t responded properly. Just time passing or cut the phone, ask to go & talk here & their. I am fedup with airtel service. So I need refund plus required compensation for not given proper service & wasted our time for writing lots of mail & phone calls. So kindly take action immediately.
