My Client Swapnil Gaurav have swipped his cc the amount was reported as disputed in Bharat pe. I called the toll free number spoke to the executive n number of times they earlier said to sumbit client declaration and pan which i already submitted still the amount was not realised, then they mentioned that I should raise my invoice which i submitted they said within 3 working days i shall get the amount today i called them now they are asking me to wait for 21 working days. I fail to understand when I have given all the necessary information yet what so much of delay in disbursement of my funds. This is my revenue loss. They are not going to pay me any interest for my blocked amount nither they are willing to refund the funds back to original payment
