I HAD BOOKED AIR TICKET (INDIGO) FROM “DARBHANGA” TO “AHMEDABAD” TO TRAVEL ON 27-06-2022 THROUGH M/S. TRAVOLOOK. AMOUNT PAID RS. 10481.
AND
ANOTHER AIR TICKET (SPICE JET) FROM “PATNA” TO “AHMEDABAD” TO TRAVEL ON 27-06-2022 THROUGH M/S. TRAVOLOOK. AMOUNT PAID Rs. 7597/-
TRAVEL AGENT: TRAVOLOOK, 836, 2ND FLOOR, UDYOG VIHAR. PHASE V, SECTOR 19, GURUGRAM, HARYANA 122008.
MY BOTH TICKETS GOT AUTO CANCELLED WITH REASONS “CANCELLATION DUE TO FARE EXPIRATION” UNDER REFERENCE NOS. REF335160460 AND REF423127732.
I HAVE CALLED THEM MANY TIMES. I WAS TOLD THAT REFUND IS UNDER PROCESS AND YOU WILL GET MONEY IN 5-7 DAYS.
TILL DATE 20-08-2022 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND AMOUNT CREDITE IN MY ACCOUNT.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THA MATTER AND HELP ME GET MY REFUND.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
