Respected sir,
I had ordered a standing Mirror from elegant arts and frames dated 20th march 2022.
But the product when delivered was broken and the video of the same I ll be attaching.
So after placing return request , amazon customer care told me to courier it back to the seller as they wont be picking it up.
I did as they said and the courier slip was also sent to amazon customer care.
It took around a month and i was continuously in touch with customer care .
Firstly they mentioned as soon as i ll courier they will refund the amount but they dint do..
Then they sed let the courier reach then they will refund me my money but it also dint happen coz the seller denied to except the parcel.
I called the amazon customer care and they sed until seller dont tell us they got it we wont refund..
I again contacted seller and i told her all the story and she sed asked for the video of broken mirror.
After 2 days she replied that she had contact amazon people and sed to refund my money back also she stated that the mirror has reached warehouse bit she wont be taking it and she is not reaponsible for my money..it is amazon that will refund it .
I again had called amazon care for same..but now your people are saying if seller is not taking parcel..
You again call the parcel back to your place..
I want to clearly tell you that i m been harassed mentally since 2 months .
Firstly there is no specific person whom i can contact coz everytime we make a call there is some other guy taking up the call and i have to narrate whole story and in return m told to wait for 24 hours and they will give a call which never happened.
Secondly i was only asked from you guys to send it to their place..and i did the same..now if seller is denying to take i m not at fault.
Its your and sellers responsibilty after that but it still dint happened.
M continuosly calling up for my refund of Rs 13965/- but since 2 months nobody is even bothering about it.
I js want my money back in any terms..
I am not taking any mirror back here as my side i had done everythng..
Pls stop harassing your customers..
I request to pls look after this coz we have been tourchered,harassed and also our complain is least considered.
