Text of Complaint by Sushilkumar Khandelwal:

Dear sir,

Refer my complaint for refund as per the said subject.

I received SMS on 29.10.2022 (attached herewith) from JIONET that refund of Rs.1201 against IR pack is
initiated & will be credited in my source account in 10 days. But till date I have not received the
said refund. I escalated the complaint through many mails on care@jio.com & on IR WhatsApp chat but
even after so many complaints and follow-up’s I have not received the refund. They claimed that refund
has been done vide reference number 16510848742 dated 29.10.22. My SR00001FLOYA is still open. Many
such Service requests have been opened but they closed automatically after some time on their own
without any resolution and customer feedback.

Please help me in getting my refund which is pending since last more than one and half months.
