I had made online payment on 29-06-20 for Lab Test to be done on 30-06-20. Booking ID provided was 5446806. Time allotted was 9am to 10 am. Received call from technician he can visit only at 11.30 am on the day of test. So test was cancelled but till today refund has not been processed. Customer care is not able to provide satisfactory answer. Neither anyone senior is ready to speak. They are just holding the amount in these days of crisis. It is unfair Business Practice and cheating with the customer. Strong action should be taken against the company. They are even not replying to the mails send to them.
