This is regarding order no OD125541874020479000.
Boat rockerz Bluetooth headset ordered on 23 jul 22.which was scheduled to be delivered on 26 jul.
But the product was not delivered.
Tried to cancel the order but could not cancelled.
Talked to customer care 95 times.
They also assured me that soon I will get my money back .
Talked to senior executive 8 times in these 45 days but still I couldn’t get my money back
Customer care persons simply close my query by writing resolved but yet now I have no got my refund.
Pls do the needful.
Pls help me to get my refund of rs 1099.
