I ordered mango wood plant stand on 29th January 2023 Order ID 139609601879_1. But I received a defective and broken product and immediately I initiated an exchange request. The defective product was returned and picked on the next day. Then I waited to receive the replacement for 15 days but it was not delivered. After raising the complaint my exchange request was converted into return request by Meesho customer care on 15th Feb 2023. Since then I am waiting for my refund to be issued and I have raised the complaint so many times with customer care but every time I’m getting same reply to wait for another 4 to 5 days. Almost 2 months have past but still no refund or any kind of update from Meesho side. Again today I have been asked to wait for 4 to 5 working days.
