Dear Concern,
Really upset by the way the complain / issues of customer are being handled. To put my point refer to the below statement :
- Flight tickets booked vide booking id…..10394451378,10394048485
- With high degree of follow up got partial refund and the amount was credited back to paytm ( based on mail from indigo & telephonic confirmation from your customer support)
- Automatic reversal of the amount didn’t happened from paytm.
- Spoke to your customer support team twice ( (Reference No.: 165140183) & (Reference No.: 165751695)
- The issue was not sorted out, and the concern was noted well and acted well.
- Indigo has cancelled the tickets and gave me partial refund of Rs.2906 & Rs.2743 and a credit shell of R. 6000
- After acceptance of this fact by checking in the system when your team confirm and raise a request for refund tragedy starts again which is again as follows:
- i get a response like you money has been saved in credit shell and no refund can be given as per policy.
- Of calling the you customer care again at last they took a request for refund processing.
- To my surprise the team is cancelling my tickets and i have been getting partial refund….
- Indigo has also not charged the cancellation charges but i see cancellation charges are being charged to me.
- I am seeing handling charges being deducted twice..
- I am seeing Paytm Cancellation charges also being charged, when i have not cancelled…
Please understand This is a hard earned money and if you people treat this this way this is not acceptable…..Expect to have a prompt reply on this.
