I am doing regular followup but not getting refund amount for REF961227887 AirAsia done the payment to travalook on 23rd August but I am not getting the same refund till date after putting so many mails everytime I am trying to reach the help line no when my turn comes the same gets disconnected I have asked for the senior mobile no to reach I am not getting any response.
