Sir, i tried to recharge my Tata sky account with Rs. 370 on 01/11/2020 with my debit card no- 5089440067172388. my customer id-1312674466. That transaction is failed with id- TC2011011105472855. I received a message from tata sky that refund will credited with in a week. But up to today, i doesn’t received refund. Kindly request you to solve my issue as earliest. Thanks.
