I have recharged my father Jio number 6281221244 number for 297/- on 29th Jan around 5 PM IST. Later received a message that this plan is not applicable for the smart phones. There is no option to refund/adjust with other plans which is weird. Customer care people behavior is even worst. We dont have other option, we dont have any option..other than that no solution suggested. When requested to transfer the call to manager, the answer is manager is not available and do a call back again. When i asked for it again, he kept the phone aside and no response for 10 minutes. Again for the sake of activating my father phone who is outside recharged 399/- to get the phone activated. the plan is not active after an hour of recharge and with no other way i have again called to customer care and they said to call to a numbers mentioned in message which will be sent to the concerned phone. Again requested to connect to manager to ask for solution, manager is busy and currently cannot take calls and do call back. Not sure how many times i need to call back to get a solution for my problem. This is minimum curtesy to do a call back when manager is busy, is n’t it?
For now i am looking for a solution to get my money back which is purely inefficiency of JIO that cannot be able to refund/transfer/adjust. Looking for a solution here. Please help here.
