I did a recharge of Rs. 200 on saying of tata sky employee bcoz they said u have toh first recharge then ur TV will start. But on recharge the same error 2 continue. So they file A complain, but then they said that u have to chnge ur card. Your card is not working, and you have to pay Rs450 for it, we refused to change the card, but they are not refunding our amount of recharge.
