I am a Big Bazar Profit Club Card No.92259956006838 holder with a credit balance of Rs.7000/- As you may be aware the Branches of Big Bazar are closed across India, it is of no longer of use. It is therefore requested that the same amount may please be refunded or otherwise I have no other options but file an FIR to this effect
