I have bought prime membership on jan 2020.I am facing issues with late deliveries.this happened to me twice..for the first time,one of my order is not delivered on time for the first time and after reaching out to customer care they didnt refund me prime membership but they game a compensation of 1 month extra membership ..and now for the second time my order is delayed again and even after 5 days from promised date, it was not delivered.
NOw reaching out the customer care they refused to give me a solution nor they gave me a refund for prime nor they delivered. they simply canceled my order
