Hi Sir,
I’m the old customer of Airtel and my number is 9535750138 .
Today when I was trying to recharge on prepaid number 9980308968 (which is my father number) through Airtel app accidentally I have recharged to the wrong persons 9980308938 mobile number.
Now I’m requesting to reverse/refund the recharge amount made on wrong persons mobile 9980308938 number. So that I can again recharge to the right mobile number.
It’s a suggestion that Airtel app should have option to reverse the payment amount whenever recharge happens to the wrong persons mobile number.
