I had applied for broadband connection. On May 17, 2020 your area executive Mr. Sonu (+91 85277 07665) had contact me. He verified my ID and told me to send me 2828 rupees for prepaid bill (3 months plan).
Then , I got a payment link and I sent 2828 .
He told me you will get connection by today evening .but when I was called him he told me in your area there is No connection (New Ashok nagar ,new Delhi ,110096) available. Also , told me Your payment will be refund.
But I’m not getting my money back yet. Kindly, do the needful.
