My name is Hemachander CH, when I was applying for ICAR IARI Technician T-1 Application no.IARI1366015 vaccancy on 10 jan 2022 after filling up the form I have to pay the exam fee I made the payment through my phone pay UPI.. Money has been deducted from my account but payment was unsuccessful but I didn’t recieve the refund even after three working days of a bank. Payment was made to SBIMOPS with transaction id T2201102259155276983224
