I am sending emails but no proper action has yet been taken. Please help me. Again I received a call from +911206011000 asking about the details of the complaint. I had to narrate it again from the starting afresh. How many times I will have to go through this storytelling when I have clearly mentioned all relevant details in the trail mail. I am again putting the details below.
1. On My request to my daughter she wrongly recharged a Vodafone number 9982899285,
2. This number “9982899285” is not my mobile number at present.
3. She recharged 9982899285 by mistake because it was my number some 3 to 4 years back.
4. This number 9982899285 is no more with me it is with someone else whom I don’t know, and is not related to me,
5. By mistake my daughter recharged this number 9982899285 as it was saved in her contact list.
6. I have tried to talk to that person on 9982899285 but they are unaware of all this, and no benefits have been used by them as they have already a running recharge.
7. Now what we want is a simple reversal of the transaction,
8. Otherwise, the amount be transferred to a VI number 9828378356 in the name of Mr. Suresh Kudi.
