I apply new connection of GPTL but they before seeing, availablity of slot ,they take payment from us , after payment they said, we will provide you new connection in 10 days .After 2 days they replied to me slot is not available ,you will get refund.
But there is 11 days has been passed but I didn’t get connection or refund money.
I mailed to gptl so many times for status of refund but I couldnot get any positive response from Gptl. These thing mentally harassed to me . I paid 6,300 is big amount to me so kindly look in this matter seriously.
