Parcel return on 17 sep. 2022 then amount transfer to wallet and then u request to transfer amount into my bank account after that whenever i call on customer care ar mail them then they ask me about bank details ar for bank statement and i send them so many times but no amount is initiated into my account till date. Now it has been almost 5 months
