Hi Team,
I have taken an internet connection from EXCITEL and they offered a ONU device back some time , I was interested and installed the ONU device at my place and they informed the amount of the ONU device was totally refundable. I have submitted the ONU device around 21st March 2022, Now it is more than one month which was their said TAT. when i again called on 21st April , they asked me to provide the account details as there was some issue on processing on original payment mode, which they have not informed me on their own until i called. they again given me working days TAT of processing the refund, which is again not done.
Today on 3rd may 2022, i have called them and they again said they have processed my request and will credit the amount as soon as possible.
