I have installed jio fiber connection on 19july2021 and I have requested for uninstallation on 5sep2021 and I was suppose to get INR500 refund for the device but I have not received it yet,some of their executive says that it will take 14 working days and some says soon and some says it will take 4working days and over the mail they said that I am not eligible for refund as the uninstallation time period had passed but it was rescheduled from their end.
