On 13th January I had booked below mentiownd ticketa Nd revived this message from via. Com.

Spice jet says they have refunded me the amount in august . However via. Com has still not refunded my amount . In these difficult times still waiting for my hard earned money back when the cancellation is tickets was done by the country wide lockdown . There cistaimer care is the worst. Actually Dosent work at all. Only IVR keeps running .
where should a normal person go ? With money stuck ????
