These people have been stalling my refund for ages now. I had purchased a pir of earbuds and it was found defective. Asked for replacement. Seller did not respond for 2 weeks hence they offered me a refund. The product was picked up since week but no information whether the product has reached Flipkart. Have called them so mamy times but I they keep disconnecting the call knowing I am an irate customer. And their app is bullshit. No update at all
