dear sir,
I purchased Samsung galaxy on 8 from flipkart and they cancelled it and they refund is intiated and you will receive 8 to 11 days after that I didnt get any mail after 12 days I called and asked what is status they told wait for 24 or 48hrs and I am listening from 20th September to 1 Decemeber still they didnt refunded money and they are playing games on me. Please take action and revert as soon as possible
