I’ve paid Rs 1500 to the JioFiber company as I’ve got my connection installed for the same. But as per the company policies, if we send a request to disconnect the current connection within the duration of near about 25-30 days then the company is liable to refund the full amount of Rs 1500 to the customer bcoz it’s a free trial period from the company.
I’ve sent the request to the customer care to disconnect the services within the trial period and the service request number for the same is “SR0000141FZZG”.
This was done on 28.03.2021 and till date i.e. 10.08.2021 I’ve not got my refund.
I’ve called various times to the customer care of JioFiber but every time they’re saying that our senior executive will call you within 24 hrs and I myself don’t know that how many times they’ve done this.
I’ve invested a lot of time into this and I’ve been harassed by them.
I want my amount back.
Addition to this they’re saying that the device has been picked up by their executive after 40-50 days and that’s not my concern.
I’ve raised my request in the month of March beta enjoy 25th to 28th itself and the trial period was upto April starting.
Kindly resolve my problem and get me my refund back????
