Good day, my names are Anosikeh Chioma Chijindu & my Airtel number is 08125098090. Some time in September i tried to top up #1,000 airtime but mistakenly pressed an extra 0, that’s #10,000. I immediately called Airtel customer service line 111 & was asked by your staff to call my bank, UBA plc, of which i did immediately. I realized last 2weeks that the #10,000 top up is no longer in my phone to which effect i called the same customer line, 111 but have not been able to get across any of your staff up on till today.
My bank UBA plc that i have been in touch with say Airtel network have been sent e-mail but you guys have not replied till date.
Please in God’s name, can you guys contact my bank & return the #10,000 removed from my phone? This has gone on for more than a month now. It is not fair at all! Please Airtel release my money to my bank so my bank can send it to my account; am in dire need here. U & i no how situation of things are!
