I have booked my ticket today I got every details like reference number travelling flight fare etc but after sometime I got a mail that my ticket is cancelled I asked for refund but they did even answer to my question

I have requested several time (nearly 10 times) for refund. But travolook guys are just misleading and making false assurance thrice on mail that refund has been initiated. their mail dates are 01.12.2020, 08.12.2020, 29.12.2020.
