I had purchased on line cell phone Speria note ( pro 6GB+128GB ) phone from bookmyphone for 4299 rupees & the payment has been done successfully by debiting it from my account on 10-4-2020. The details of the transaction is by debit card

I got mail that my payment has been failed. I tried to contact customer care but nobody is responding. I got mail that my payment has been failed. I tried to contact customer care but nobody is responding. Even i had mailed twice on ‘support@bookmyphone.in’ but no one is responding
I want my 4299 rs back which has credited in your account.
