im trying to contact your customer support team from past 13days and trying to send mail to them from 10 day’s no proper response for my mail.
everytime they tell the same answer they resolve the issue within 24hours, its almost 15days still no resolution.
i had ordered the medicine on 2nd june but due to doctor change in medicine, i had to return the one medicine and i had done the return of 4 product on 6th of JUNE 2023, Still today i have received only 3 product amount into my wallet, their is no resolution. every time i call your customer care they will tell the same time, first time they told it will resolved by 13th but today they are telling they will resolve by 17th, this not good service.. atleast they will not at all call customer to resolve the issue. one of the worst resolution. today i see wallet is having only Rs 4.04Rs.
