Respected sir, i have booked one room through OYO app and paid money also on same day. when i was reached that hotel with my family, the hotel is opposite of BAR & Restaurant. The hotel management also suggested that it is not suitable for family members. Immediately, i have cancelled that room.
after cancellation, i called to OYO team regarding that matter and asked my money. But, they simply said money will not refund as for OYO policy. I shocked their answer. please help.
