Air India Flight ticket had been booked on flipkart platform booking id: FF2010079049714. Flight had been cancelled on same date of booking i.e. 07 October 2020. And i have also talked to representative of flipkart customer services regarding it. He told me your ticket is get cancelled and full amount will be refunded back within 14 days. For 5/6 days Cancellation status pending showing in flipkart Website. After that Refund amount is 0 reflected. Completely 6600 rupees captured by flipkart. Extremely poor Customer services.

I have mailed several times to flipkart still no action has been taken by flipkart neither flipkart talked to Air India sell services to initiate the refund status.
