Hi,
I have booked Singapore Airlines flight tickets (booking reference:FMNSG107ML89QZ) on 29th Feb 2020 through via.com app for myself and my daughter for the journey date on 30th May from Singapore to India and return on 29th June.
But, Singapore Airlines have cancelled their flights due to covid-19 and also checked with the Singapore Airlines about this issue and they said that they will give back the full refund amount. Since I booked through via.com, refund should be processed by the via.com, as per the Singapore Airlines. So, send a mail about everything and ask for a refund to sg.support@ via.com on May 27th 2020. After 4 months of waiting and certain follow ups they did refund an amount $626.63.
But we have paid $864.83 total when the ticket was booked. They had detected around 238.20$ from the refund amount.
A point should be noted here, that we did not cancel our flight ticket and it was automatically done by the Airlines/Government due to the covid situation. Also long back, we have checked with the Singapore airlines regarding the flight cancellation and the refund amount, they said that we shall get the FULL refund amount (864.83$) from the (Via.com). So, this is NOT FAIR that the via.com detected my hard earned money $238.20 from my refund even after they received the full refund amount from the airlines. I have attached the flight tickets details below. Kindly assist me. Thanks.
