Hi Team,
I made the payment of 4000 and amount got debited from my account but I rec failed message from airtel side I haven’t get my refund yet. Kindly let me know the status of my refund.

Kindly note I want to know my my refund status for that particular order number.
I also get in touch with the manager of the branch and also the executive who came for the connection at my place but I haven’t get any clear confirmation till yet after mailing the Airtel customer service that were talking about some other order which I cancelled but my particular concern is about the order which transaction get failed
Please look into this and let me know when exactly my amount get refunded back to my account.
