I have booked 2 air ticket from travolook, with reference no. REF656416821 & REF511056347 booked on 20/06/2021 and 23/06/2021, which has been cancelled after 10 minutes of booking and they have informed me through phon, and I received a mail for both cancellation. I have sent mail so many times but there is only one answer from their side.. that we have initiated refund but there is a problem in server of bank… They always use to tell wait for 7 days. It’s already 3 months completed but I didn’t get my refund…
